Bird DNA testing is $50 for the entire service. We take a small blood sample and it is tested in a lab. Our test is 99.9% effective and usually takes 2-3 weeks for a result.

We lightly trim primary flight feathers to help prevent full flight while still allowing short-distance movement. Your bird will still be able to glide or fly a bit! It just won’t have full lift. The process is painless, similar to trimming nails. Feathers will regrow over time, and trims typically last about 2–4 months.
